We DO NOT offer refunds instead we offer store credit . If the pieces have come with a origin or manufactory damage .
Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving products. If 7 days have gone by and you did not complete the return shipment for exchange (postal star dated), unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. To be eligible for a store credit, your items must be unused and in the same conditions that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
To complete your exchange for other products or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be responsible if :
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs & for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
